How direct requests, payments, and stay details are handled before a reservation is accepted.
Submitting the website form or sending a WhatsApp message asks us to check your dates and preferred room or rooms. We will contact you with availability and the final price. Your stay is not confirmed by the form alone.
After we confirm your rooms, dates, and total price, we will send a secure Bold payment link for the 50% deposit. Do not send payment until you receive the link for your specific reservation and amount.
For a direct booking, the cancellation and refund terms that apply will be included with the written reservation details before you pay the deposit. Review those terms before payment. For an Airbnb reservation, the cancellation terms displayed by Airbnb for that booking apply.
The times and arrival instructions included in your final booking confirmation are the instructions for your stay. Please contact us before travel if your arrival time changes.
The rules that apply to your room or event, including visitors, pets, smoking, quiet hours, and responsibility for damages, will be provided with the booking details. Ask us on WhatsApp before booking when any of these points affects your stay.
Information entered in our inquiry forms is used to answer your request and coordinate the requested stay or event. Do not enter card, bank, or other payment credentials in a website form or WhatsApp message. Payment is requested only through the secure Bold link sent after reservation details are confirmed.
